HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY SIGN?

Enter the name exactly as you would like it to appear, then select your preferred colour. Please check the spelling carefully before placing your order, as we will create the sign using the information you provide.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our signs are available in the sizes shown on the product page. The exact dimensions will vary depending on the number and shape of the letters in your chosen name. Signs measure up to approximately 250 mm wide, 60 mm high and 10 mm deep. Longer names may be adjusted slightly to remain within the maximum width.

WHAT MATERIAL IS IT MADE FROM?

Each sign is 3D printed using PLA, a lightweight plastic commonly used for high quality decorative 3D prints. The product is designed for indoor use and should be kept away from excessive heat and prolonged strong sunlight.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Every sign is made to order. We aim to make and dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery time begins after dispatch and may vary depending on the delivery service selected. During particularly busy periods, production may take a little longer.

CAN I CHANGE THE SPELLING AFTER ORDERING?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. If production has not started, we will do our best to update the name. Once your personalised sign has entered production, we may be unable to make changes.

IS THE SIGN FREESTANDING?

Yes. Each sign has a connected flat base, allowing it to stand on a shelf, desk or other level surface without additional supports. It is not designed to be mounted on a wall.

ARE THE COLOURS EXACTLY AS SHOWN?

We photograph our colours as accurately as possible, but they may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings and small variations between filament batches. Your selected colour will be used for the complete sign, including both the letters and the base.

IS THIS PRODUCT A TOY?

No. This sign is a decorative item and is not intended to be played with. Please position it securely and keep it out of reach of young children, particularly if any small parts become damaged or detached.
